Every WonderKlaus tee is printed for you after you order it, then sent to your door. Here’s how it gets from us to you.

Christmas last order dates

We’ll put our last order dates for Christmas here as soon as they’re set.

Made to order

Your tee is printed just for you by our print and fulfilment partner, so there’s a short making time before it’s sent. Your delivery time is that making time plus the time the parcel spends travelling.

Where we deliver

You can choose from the countries we deliver to at checkout. If we can’t reach your address, you’ll know before you pay.

What it costs

Any delivery cost is worked out and shown to you at checkout, before you pay.

Tracking

When your parcel is on its way we’ll email you, with a tracking link wherever the carrier gives us one. You can also check any time on our order tracker.

Customs, duties and taxes

If your parcel crosses a border, your country may charge import duties or taxes when it arrives. These aren’t included in our prices or delivery charge, and they’re paid by whoever receives the parcel.

Your address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can’t be responsible for a parcel that’s late or lost because the address given was incomplete or wrong.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to us and we’ll put it right. Our returns and refunds page explains how.
