These are the terms for using this website and our camera lens, and for buying WonderKlaus tees. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, so please give them a read.

Who we are

WonderKlaus is run by Monkey & Son Ltd (“we”, “us”). You’ll find how to reach us at the bottom of this page.

Who can order

To place an order you need to be old enough to make a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian place it for you and accept these terms.

Our tees

Every tee is printed to order by our print and fulfilment partner. Because each one is printed individually, small differences in colour and print position between the pictures on screen and the tee in your hands are normal and aren’t faults. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Your order

When you place an order you’re offering to buy the tees in it. The email saying we’ve received your order isn’t yet our acceptance: the contract is made when we accept the order and it goes into production. We may turn down or cancel an order, for example if a tee is no longer available, a price was shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud. If you’ve already paid, we’ll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

The price you pay, and any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are taken securely by our payment provider, Stripe, and we never see or keep your full card number. Import duties or taxes your country charges on arrival aren’t included; see our shipping page.

The camera lens

The lens is a free bit of Christmas fun, offered as it is. The character effect is made live on your phone, so it may look a little different each time, and it may not work on every phone. Please only point it at people who are happy to join in, and keep an eye on children while they use it. How the lens treats your camera is explained on our privacy page.

Our designs

The WonderKlaus characters, artwork, words and everything else on this site belong to us or the people who license them to us. Please don’t copy, sell or make your own versions of them without our written permission. Sharing your own photos and videos made with the lens is very welcome.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t misuse the site: no trying to get into parts you shouldn’t, disrupting it, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.

Our responsibility to you

We take care to run the site and make your tees well. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or knock-on losses. Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and your legal rights as a consumer aren’t affected.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you place it.
